With the applicant folder system, you organize your communication in a structured and efficient manner. Four folder categories help you make every step of the casting process transparent: invitations, rejections, material dispatch, and general information.
Each folder can contain multiple applicants simultaneously. This enables bulk communication: all performers in the folder receive the same message with just one click – a tremendous time-saver.
For invitations, you integrate an appointment link through which applicants can independently select a slot from predefined times. Additionally, attach materials such as scripts, sheet music, or choreography videos so performers can optimally prepare for the casting.

Group appointments are ideal for formats where multiple performers appear simultaneously. Performers can confirm their participation or choose an alternative day – everything organized fully automatically.

The header section shows the main profile picture, additional photos, name, location, and contact details. Personal and professional information includes role gender, nationality, languages, physical characteristics, playing age, appearance, as well as vocal, dance, and other skills.
In the right section, you'll find tabs for videos, audio files, your own notes, application history, folder assignment, appointment allocation, tags, and uploaded files. Unlimited video and audio uploads without storage limits enable maximum flexibility.

When adding new team members, you decide whether they receive access to all productions or only to selected productions. This way, you maintain full control over your casting processes and ensure data privacy.
The number of team members you can invite depends on your chosen subscription. The clear management makes it easy to adjust roles and access rights at any time.
